How do I apply for a Vita apartment?
You apply online. Find an apartment on our available apartments list, click Apply next to it, and complete the rental application through our secure portal. Our leasing team then reviews it and contacts you with next steps.
What do I need to apply?
Have a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of income such as recent pay stubs or an offer letter, and your rental history ready. Our leasing team can confirm the current application fee and screening requirements for the apartment you want.
Can I tour an apartment before I apply?
Yes. Call our leasing team at (321) 414-0070 or send a message through our contact page to schedule a tour. Tour options may vary by community.
How do I see which apartments are available?
Our Apartments page lists every Vita apartment available right now, with the unit number, bedrooms, square footage and monthly rent. Availability updates regularly from our leasing system.
Where are Vita's apartment communities?
Vita has apartment communities in Orlando, Belle Isle and Kissimmee, Florida: Palm Square (2323 McCoy Rd) and Royal Palace (2121 McCoy Rd) in the Lake Conway area, Palazzo Residences (820 Isaacville Dr) in Sky Lake, and Ivey Reserve, coming soon to Kissimmee.
What apartment sizes does Vita offer?
Vita apartments range from 1 bedroom with a den to 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Palm Square offers 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartments; Royal Palace offers 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a den; Palazzo Residences offers 1 bedroom with a den up to 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Vita does not offer studio apartments.
What features do Vita apartments include?
Vita apartments include an in-unit washer and dryer, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, central air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. Communities offer swimming pools and fitness centers, plus a clubhouse or lounge depending on the property.
Are Vita communities gated?
Yes. Vita's communities have gated, controlled-access entry for added security and peace of mind.
When will Ivey Reserve open?
Ivey Reserve is not leasing yet. It is a new 160-apartment community coming to central Kissimmee, built around the historic 1915 Ivey House. Join the interest list on the Ivey Reserve page to get updates on construction and leasing.
How far are Vita apartments from Orlando International Airport?
Palm Square is about 8 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO), Palazzo Residences is about 11 minutes away, and Royal Palace is just minutes away on McCoy Rd.
How do I pay rent?
Residents pay rent online through the Vita resident portal at vita.managebuilding.com. Log in any time to make a payment and see your account.
How do I request maintenance?
Residents submit maintenance requests through the Vita resident portal at vita.managebuilding.com. The portal sends your request straight to our property management team.
Who is Vita Property Management?
Vita Property Management is a Central Florida property management company with an office at 2450 Old Dixie Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744. Vita leases and manages apartment communities and also offers property management services for owners.
