Find an available apartment
Browse current availability across Palm Square, Royal Palace and Palazzo Residences. Each listing shows the unit, size, monthly rent and an Apply button.

Schedule a tour
Want to see the community first? Call (321) 414-0070 or send a message through our contact page and we'll set up a time.
Step 3
Apply online
Click Apply next to the apartment you want and complete the rental application through our secure online portal.
Step 4
Application review
Our leasing team reviews your application and screening results, then contacts you with a decision and next steps.
Step 5
Sign your lease and move in
Once approved, you'll sign your lease, pay your move-in funds and pick up your keys. Then set up your resident portal account to pay rent and request maintenance online.
