Using the Vita Resident Portal
Step 1
Log in
Go to vita.managebuilding.com, or click Resident Login at the top of any page, and sign in with your portal account.
Step 2
Pay or submit a request
Make a rent payment, or open a maintenance request with a description of the issue and photos if helpful.
